On Saturday, November 2Renata’s Hearth invites you to gather in remembrance and celebration for a one-night-only Día de los Muertos dinner experience. This cherished Latin holiday honors the lives of those who have passed while embracing the beauty of memory, community, and tradition. 

Our culinary team, led by Chef Daniel Weber, has created a multi-course menu inspired by the season’s flavors and ancestral recipes, reimagined with modern technique. Each dish reflects the heart of this holiday: honoring the past while celebrating the present. 

Día de los Muertos Menu – November 2 

Amuse 
Infladita | sikil pak 
Cocktail Pairing: Blood Ritual – Volcán De Mi Tierra Cristalino Añejo, strawberry-infused aperitif, beet, tarragon, blood orange, ginger beer 

First Course 
Tlacoyo | black bean, queso Chihuahua 
Chicharrón en salsa roja 
Cocktail Pairing: Midnight Marigold – Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco Tahona, passion fruit, marigold syrup, chile liquor, orange blossom water, spiced hibiscus float 

Second Course 
Pickled Stuffed Poblano | pistachio mole verde, Swiss chard, peanut 
Tepary beans | queso fresco 
Cocktail Pairing: Soul On Fire – Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco, mezcal, chili-infused brandy, mandarin, coriander and saffron syrup, salted cacao bitters, activated charcoal 

Third Course 
Mole Amarillo | Ibérico pork cheek, braised leek 
Chochoyote | green beans 
Cocktail Pairing: The Offering – Volcán De Mi Tierra Reposado, herbal liqueur, yellow bell pepper, basil, agave, lemon 

Dessert Course 
Hot Chocolate Pan de Muertos | Grand Marnier Anglaise 
Cocktail Pairing: Ultima Adiós – Volcán De Mi Tierra X.A. Reposado, coconut liqueur, horchata, cinnamon syrup
